At Pinksabi, every item is made to order just for you! That means we start creating your piece once your order is placed β€” helping reduce waste and keep our production thoughtful and sustainable.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors like postal delays or customs processing. We only currently do not ship outside of the U.S.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
